Delivery Information

📦 1. Delivery within Ukraine

🔴 Nova Poshta

  • Delivery time: The fastest delivery option (1–2 days).
  • Delivery cost: According to the carrier’s rates, on average from 70 to 100 UAH.
  • Payment: Full prepayment or cash on delivery.
  • Important: Cash on delivery is available only for orders from 400 to 2500 UAH.
  • Attention: Equipment and fertilizers are shipped exclusively via Nova Poshta and only with full prepayment.

✉️ Ukrposhta (Registered Letter)

  • Payment: Shipment is carried out only with full prepayment.
  • Delivery cost: Fixed — approximately 40–50 UAH.
  • How to receive: You will receive a notification when the letter arrives. You can collect it at the post office with your documents.
  • Tracking: After shipment, we provide a tracking number for tracking on the Ukrposhta website.
  • Attention: Before placing an order, make sure that your post office is currently operating and accepting shipments.

🏢 2. Important Warehouse Information (Logistics)

⚠️ Please note: Products may be shipped from different warehouses (cities). If your cart contains products from different categories, your order may be split into several parcels, and delivery for each parcel is paid separately.

📍 Warehouse locations:

  • 🌲 Zakarpattia: Seeds, T-shirts, accessories.
  • ⚙️ Kharkiv: Equipment and fertilizers (Well Grow and others).
    * Attention: these products are shipped only via Nova Poshta with full prepayment!
  • 💧 Kyiv: CBD oil.

🌍 3. International Delivery

Available for orders of 3 or more seed units.

🛡️ Guarantees and Responsibility:

  • We guarantee successful customs clearance in the country of dispatch (Ukraine) and delivery to the destination country.
  • Important: We are not responsible for the customs regulations of your country and cannot guarantee successful customs clearance in the recipient’s country. In case the parcel is seized or returned by customs in your country, Errors Seeds does not refund the delivery cost and does not compensate for any losses.

🤝 Compensation:

  • If the parcel fails to arrive due to our fault or is lost before crossing the recipient’s border, we offer full compensation for the seeds.
  • For reshipment as compensation, the international delivery cost is paid by the customer.
  • If desired, the compensated product can be added to your next order.

🕵️ “Stealth Packaging” Service (Discreet Delivery)

To increase the reliability of international shipments, we offer a discreet packaging service.

  • Cost: Free — simply mention it in the order comments.
  • Options: Standard and “large” stealth packaging are available for bulky orders.
  • Please ask the manager for details via social media or messengers.
